What we can do for your stand

Trade-fair staffing services, modular and available one at a time

Welcome, product promotion, languages, lead collection and coordination. Take a single figure or the whole team: the quote stays single and fixed, with OPEN S.r.l. as your only contractual counterpart.

Welcome hostesses and stewards

Staffing the entrance: greeting, qualifying, directing.

In the Rho halls the flow is unpredictable: half an hour of quiet and then thirty people at once. The welcome figure keeps the pace, recognises who should be walked to a salesperson and never leaves the entrance uncovered.

  • Welcome in Italian and English, other languages on request
  • Visitor qualifying against your priorities
  • Guest list, invitation and appointment management
  • Break rotation without uncovering the entrance

Promoters and product specialists

The people who stop the visitor and can explain the product.

Sales-minded profiles, trained before opening on your catalogue and on the message approved by marketing. Essential when the product must be demonstrated, tried or compared with the competitor in the next hall.

  • Product briefing by video call or in person in Milan
  • Agreed, memorised presentation script
  • Demos, hands-on trials, tastings and sampling
  • Daily report on recurring objections and questions

Interpreters and bilingual hostesses

The Milan shows are international: your stand should be too.

Buyers, distributors and trade press arrive from all over Europe and Asia. We provide business interpreters and hostesses whose language level is checked at interview and whose terminology is prepared on your materials.

  • English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Arabic
  • Negotiation interpreting at the stand and in meeting rooms
  • Language support at conferences in MiCo
  • Translation of product sheets and floor materials

Conference hostesses for MiCo

Registrations, badges, rooms, speakers, timing.

Allianz MiCo hosts congresses with thousands of attendees: here the service is made of precision. Welcoming speakers, registering attendees, controlling access to the rooms, managing mics and keeping strictly to the running order.

  • Registration desk and badge handout
  • Access control and management of parallel rooms
  • Assistance to speakers and mics in the room
  • Coordination with the organising secretariat

Lead collection and reporting

Contacts arrive in your CRM tidy, not on scattered sheets.

We train the staff to use your badge scanner or web app, with shared rules on what really qualifies a contact. At day’s end the numbers; at the end of the fair the full, de-duplicated file.

  • Use of the exhibitor’s badge scanner or digital forms
  • Required fields and quality notes defined together
  • End-of-day report with counts and issues
  • Final delivery of the tidy database

Side events in the city

The fair ends at 6pm, the evening doesn’t.

Dinners with clients, cocktails in showrooms, presentations in the centre: during fair weeks Milan moves into the city. We provide welcome, guest list, cloakroom and assistance for the evening events linked to your participation.

  • Welcome and guest list at evening events
  • Cloakroom and reserved-area supervision
  • Assistance in showrooms and temporary spaces
  • Coordination with catering and venues

Sectors

How the service changes with what you exhibit

Headcount isn’t enough: the type of visitor and the average dwell time on the stand matter.

Furniture, design and lighting

Immaculate stands and visitors who touch everything. You need care of the build, the ability to talk about materials and finishes, and appointment management with buyers.

Hospitality, food and professional beverage

Tastings, demonstrations and equipment in use: staff handle samples and queues while keeping the area spotless and compliant with hygiene rules.

Fashion, textiles and accessories

Buyers by appointment, temporary showrooms and confidentiality on sample collections: managing the agenda matters more than headcount.

Engineering, energy and construction

A technical audience and long days. The value is made by qualifying: getting only worthwhile visitors to the engineer.

Health, pharma and congresses

A regulated setting between Rho and MiCo: accreditations, attendee registration, room management and strict adherence to procedures.

Tourism, services and institutions

Regional collectives and institutional pavilions hosting several companies: it takes direction that coordinates different parties under one roof.
